Hi, I'm Fraser Church a Customer Communication and Business Strategy Consultant, based in the UK, but working worldwide.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the data-driven customer communication industry working for clients, agencies and service providers.
I now provide access to my grey matter on a consultancy basis.

I help businesses understand the potential to develop marketing and business strategies and create more relevant and engaging one-to-one communication.

Not restricted by geography or environment, I am equally happy to chew the fat in either a Birmingham board room or at a Biaritz beach bar.

My knowledge is gained from previous diverse roles including Marketing Director and Head of Creative Development at Paragon Customer Communications, plus Director at RMP, a specialist retail direct marketing agency.

I am General Manager of CPX Group, a global collaboration of some of the world's most innovative customer communication service providers.
I also read, engage with thought leaders, evangelise about our industry, and generally stick my nose into subjects that interest me.
